well it depends on what ure looking for
foodnetwork.com has almost all recipes and if not then just type in what u want a recipe for and u can get it online but if u want videos go to youtube and type in some of these shows

I found this amazing site for easy, fresh, tasty, healthy and fast meals. Most of them have videos and the instructions are easy. I have made quite a few recipes from this site and they always turn out great.

www.foodtv.com or www.foodnetwork.com (same site) has on-line videos about how to cook food and different recipes. They don't have full 1/2 or hr shows, but rather shorter segments. Hope this helps.
