Can anyone tell me low salt food recipes?

You can make most recipes lower sodium just by following a few steps. First don't add any or very little added salt. Second, if using canned vegetables (loaded with sodium) drain the liquid and rinse with cold water or just buy low sodium varieties. Third, if your recipe includes cheese, try using a smaller amount. Cheese is loaded with sodium as are deli meats, cold cuts, hot dogs. Finally use spices instead of salt. Mrs Dash carries an entire line of spice blends that are sodium free.Low salt food recipes?

Easy to follow recipes, lots to choose from and good for you.
There are all kinds of Low salt food recipes online. It is where I've gotten all of mine.
Honestly, I just do not add salt when I'm cooking. I know it sounds overly simple, but I think it works for me.
Just use real good sea salt from a health food store. It's much healthier than the iodized salt you get in the grocery store, and I find that it has so much more flavor, that you don't have to use as much.
