pickled spicy cabage (kimchee) is my favorite korean's side -
easy to prepare - get pickled cabage, add some olive oil, red chili powder and u r almost done :-)

Well, it depends on what kind of food you like. Sweet, spicy, etc? For sweet I'd probably recommend rice cakes/dumplings called songpyun. I'm not too sure if there's a recipe for it floating around online. For spicy, there's ddukbokee. Take plain rice cakes, some vegetables, and cook it in a sauce made from a mixture of water and hot pepper paste (gochujang). It's very yummy. There's packages at Korean markets with the rice cakes and already-made sauces, so you could also buy those and cook it.
Or probably kimchee. There's various ways of making it. Or you could just buy it.
