I'll give you the recipe for Rice with Milk, LOVE IT!

Ingredients:

2 cups rice, washed

2 1/4 cups milk

1. Make sure the rice is clean using whatever method you are accustomed to.

2. Rice a medium-size saucepan (with a lid), shake out any extra water but do not dry the pan. This will prevent the milk from sticking to the bottom of the pan.

3. Pour the milk into the pan and heat. When it begins to simmer, add the rice, stir, then cover with the lid.

4. Continue to cook it on high fire until you see steam coming out from under the lid. Then lower the fire as much as possible and continue to cook for the next 20 minutes.

5. Leave it to cool for 10 minutes then stir with a fork and serve.
ill give u my loubya b zayt recipe... its really easy to make and you eat it with bread.

ingredients:

* about a pound green beans (if ur using frozen boil them once and throw the water, fresh cut them about 2 inches each bean, if thers strings take them out)

* 1/4 cup olive oil (but pour as much as u like in, even more than that, depends on how much oil you can take in, like if you are on diet or something)

* 1 medium white onion (chopped into lil squares)

* 2 cloves of garlic (minced/crushed)

* 1 cup of tomato concasse (if your lazy to concasse your fresh tomatoes, then just buy a can of crushed tomatoes without seeds)

* 2 tablespoons of tomato paste

* about 1/2 cup water

* salt/black pepper

* 1/2 teaspoon of sugar (for the tomatoes)

* arabic bread to eat it with

1. you want soft beans when u eat the dish, so boil them a bit so it takes less time to cook when everything is mixed together

2. then heat the olive oil, and add onions, cook till transparent

3. add garlic, and cook till aromas release, shouldn't take too long

4. add tomatoe concass/or can, tomato paste, water, sugar, salt/pepper...

5. cover and simmer on low heat for 15 mins

6. now add the beans (at this point i add extra olive oil/ its not compulsory thou), mix it and cover and simmer till the beans are nice and soft. if you boiled the beans b4 it wont take too long, like maybe 15-20 mins
