OVEN BAKED PORK - CHOPS





bake: 350 degrees Fahrenheit


or 180 degrees Celsius





6 chops


Salt


Pepper


1Tbs. Oil


1 cup sliced mushroom


1 Tbs flour


2 cans Campbell's Cream of mushroom soup


1/2 cup sour cream





Salt and pepper Chops.Brown chops in heavy skillet in 1 tablespoon oil. Transfer to baking dish. Add mushrooms to skillet and saute for 5 minutes. Stir in flour to absorb oil, then add the soup and Heat for 10 minutes. Pour sauce mixture over chops. Cover with foil. Bake in oven for 60 to 90 minutes or until very tender. Add sour cream and stir well -reheat, but do not boil. Serve with rice or potatoes.
