If you like chicken, you could try this:
The day before or a few hours before the barbeque, marinade the chicken pieces in a crushed garlic and olive oil mixture. Sprinkle the chicken pieces with salad herbs, salt %26amp; pepper and keep covered in the fridge until needed.
