Generally is the same, unless your kid(s) is picky. Pumpkin is great for kids. It contains antioxidant, beta-carotene, vitamin A, potassium and high in fiber. It can be made into soup, pancakes, pies, squares etc.

Food that is prepared for children will have no salt in, and very few additives. Personally I find it tasteless, but children are not used to strong seasonings etc...
