What are some recipes for food for rats?

As their main diet, I feed my rats Suebee's homemade rat food, and they love it. It's far better than pre-packaged pet store rat food- containing no preservatives or unhealthy ingredients.





I'm not sure if it's connected, but I've found that after switching to a homemade diet my rats and mice now live longer.
